Extraordinary Ordinary Day (EOD) accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All prices listed on the site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are processed as such. Exchange rates are determined by the user’s bank.

By entering credit card information on the site, the user warrants that all data is valid, current, and that they are authorised to use the credit card in question. EOD is not liable for delays or other problems with shipments if the issuer of a credit card does not authorise the transaction or if funds are not released for any other reason.

EOD will make every effort to fulfil all orders in terms of style and colour. Styles and colours may not be available at time of transaction. EOD will only charge credit cards for items that are available for shipping.

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay offers simple and affordable instalment plans for online shoppers. The payment platform allows you to purchase in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay. All of your payments are interest free and you will receive your order straight away. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. At the checkout, select Afterpay as your payment option. You will be redirected to the Afterpay website to process your order. 
2. Register or login into Afterpay to confirm your order. 
3. You will then be redirected to the Extraordinary Ordinary Day website to receive your order confirmation.

*NB: Afterpay's maximum transaction limit is $1000 AUD, and each order is subject to Afterpay's credit assessment.

1. An Australian payment card (credit or debit);
2. To be over 18 years of age; 
3. To live in Australia 

HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY? 
When you place your first order using Afterpay, the first instalment will be charged at the time of purchase. Following that, each instalment will be deducted from your choice of payment card each fortnight. For all of your future orders using Afterpay, your first instalment will be deducted within 14 days. At the time of purchase, the full Afterpay schedule will be outlined for you.

CAN I RETURN MY AFTERPAY PURCHASE?
Yes, our normal returns and exchanges policy applies to all Afterpay purchases. You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return or exchange your item. Check out the full terms of our 30 Day Guarantee policy here.

How Does it Work?

Select zipPay at checkout then sign up or log in and confirm your purchase. zipPay pays immediately on your behalf, meaning your order will be processed straight away. Pay off your balance over time in flexible instalments that suit your lifestyle.

 

Am I Eligible for This?

You must be 18 years or older and an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

 

How Do I Manage Payment Instalments?

At the end of each billing cycle, you can choose to pay off your balance in full or make a partial payment that suits your budget. Your payment won't be due until the last day of the following month. 

If the balance is paid by the due date no fees will be incurred.

If you'd like more time to pay, a $5 account service fee will be added to the month you have an outstanding balance. There is also a minimum repayment of $40 / month.  

There are no establishment fees to set up your account and no interest charges.

Once you have repaid your balance down to $0, no fees will ever be charged to your account – it will simply remain open waiting for you to use again for additional purchases.

 

Can I Return My Order if I’ve Paid for it Using zipPay?

Yes, you are eligible to return your order for a store credit, provided our returns policy is adhered to.

 

How Can I Apply?

To set up your account, simply select zipPay at checkout and fill out the required information. It only takes a few seconds and (subject to approval) once you have created your zipPay shopping account, you never have to apply again and can continue to use it as much as you like.

 

How Will I Receive my Statement?

All of your recent activity can be viewed when you log into your zipPay Digital Wallet. When your monthly statement is ready, zipPay will notify you by email.

Every month your statement will include:

- All new purchases made

- Payments applied on your previous statement

- Your billing due date

- Minimum payment due

- Any fees charged during the statement period

Please ensure you add zipMoney to your safe recipients email list to ensure no emails go into your spam folder.

 

How do I Make Payments on My Account?

To ensure you never miss a payment, you can log into zipPay any time and set up a direct debit to automatically make your repayments. You can set this to run for as much as you like and as often as you like, as long as you pay the minimum ($40) each month.

Additionally, you can make a one-off payment anytime by logging into your zipPay Digital Wallet and selecting 'Make a Payment'. Payments can be paid online by debit card, credit card or Bpay.
