These days we're so obsessed about our appearances according to how we want to be seen by others. We are all guilty of dressing, and even posing, a particular way to create a persona that gets social media ‘likes.’
Drawing off this new obsession with image, jewellery-based designer Akiko Shinzato has created various masks to allude to our frequently adapted social behaviour of "putting on someone's identity". Psychologically eerie and super clever, don't you think?
